NTC (National Telecommunications Commission | กทช. – คณะกรรมการกิจการโทรคมนาคมแห่งชาติ) is one of the main reasons why Thailand does not have 3G outside of major shopping malls.
It sucks to have a degree in Telecommunications Engineering in the country that people with a degree in Political Science or Law can do more in the Telecom field.
In Thai, I call NTC – กินทั้งชาติ, eating all their lifes!
